Yes Matt and Aliona were my fav throughout even though i like kara and artem-aliona is amazing how can people blame her choreography for them losing....she is sooo beautiful, a talented dancer, and a great choreographer!!!!!

Their dances were always good and good to watch-THE JUDGES LIKED PAMELA BETTER SO MARKED HIM DOWN-BIASED PRATS!!!!!

I am truly guttered now that my favoutites Matt & Aliona didn't win the final, I have always voted for them throughout, since the very beginning. He was absolutely amazing as ever, and I really loved his gymnast technique and I reckon that they were truly robbed.

looking back, they definetly should have got more than 31 for this, because in my opinion, this was one of their best dances, and the dance that made me fall in love with them. if i was a judge, i would give them 10 every week.

I know all the female dancers wear very little clothes at various points in the competition, but this it such a nice dance and a good song it's a shame there is such disparity between their costumes: his is quirky and cute where as she just looks like a tart.

I've actually met Matt Baker! It was while I was young and he was doing Blue Peter! A friend of mine who used to film the show took me, my sister, my brother and my Mum to watch the show being filmed. It was very cool!! Anyway Matt's a lovely guy! Very friendly!

I was sooooo excited when I found out he was taking part and I'm really looking forward to seeing how he'll get on!!

I agree with MusicMadSuperAwesome 100%. I am disturbed by my infatuation with ex Blue Peter presenters on Strictly.......first it was Gethin Jones and now Matt. As a child of the 80's, however, I feel free to appreciate it fully without tarnishing my childhood memories - hurrah! I doubt I would find Simon Groom's hip action quite so hypnotising anyhow (no offence Mr. Groom!!)

Countryfile will never be the same again :D

I agree with Craig, Matt is DEFINITELY one to watch!! He's really very good indeed!! His arms, hands, lines and posture are all excellent and he can keep time too so he's well on the way to lifting that Glitterball in my opinion!! Hope his Ballroom is just as good!!

I just find it so funny how struck dumb the judges were when they saw how are brilliant Matt was! Strictly is so scripted and the judges just couldn't use their scripts. Matt is so going to win this year, he's miles better than all the others XD

I used to watch Matt on Blue Peter in my childhood. It seems wrong to find him so attractive. But that waistcoat... that smile... those *hips*... Seriously, go to 1:25 and look at his bottom. LOOK AT IT.
