Actually I found the tone of my voice has a lot to do with being able to psychically control the cloud. I found I have to lower my voice tone to a lower tone. I'm not sure why.

that's quite the magic skill. Answer this, why cant the subconscious energy of a large populated area in a dessert, or during a drought time, not have an influence over the weather...

How about sweltering heat for 14 days in a row without a single breeze? Wouldn't there be a point in every persons mind, or thought, or hope, wish for just one cool breeze? but then it doesn't happen... think about it. If you claim all it takes is focus, and random incoherent babbling to make a cloud go away.

Using a lower tone voice is what I have to do to send out psychic energy. Try it yourself, and if you can control clouds then if you make a video of it you can post it online.
