fanger..it's a Hohner CX-12, but most likely one of those customized by Brendan to a 14 hole size. He did that (maybe still does) before now representing Suzuki harmonicas. Look on the Hohner site under CX-12. I play them in different keys..they have a great mellow tone. They can be dismantled (the casing)without tools for cleaning. Terrific instrument.
