Yeah, Japanese and Chinese dialects sound nothing alike, really. I don't speak any oriental language, but I can certainly tell them apart. The same way that Spanish and French sound totally different.

Well, we use KANJI (Chinese character ) but the pronunciation is completely different.

Chinese has comparetively more intonation and Girls intonation is so Cute! (Through the eyes of Japanese!)

ok, I just googled "kraftwerk dentaku" sorry I didn't know there was a japanese version, too I just know "Taschenrechner" (german) and "pocket calculator (english) but dentaku, pocket calculator and taschenrechner are the same songs just the lyrics are in different languages

Yes, it's comparatively easy to make techno groove but I think if you change the arrangement of Drum beat, the song will be Rock, Fusion, Blues and so on!
