aww thx hunny, glad ya liked my vid , just happy im gettingmy strengh back there are stil quite a few moves i need to polish up on i have lost my tummy muscles all together b4 my shouldermount was getting so much more confidant n now its so painful and im having to swing into it again where as b4 i was getting better at pullling into it more practice needed

so i am in constant pain feels like there is a steel rod in my leg all when i sit my knee hurts so f-ing much and my hip screams when i walk with my normal long gate my left hip feels funny and hurts a bit i want to give it a bit then maybe see doc NOOOOOOOOOO
but i fell of wagon already and danced today and cause had bad day and danced other day cause got new shoes in mail
