Wow, I didn't realize it's that easy to make almond milk! I love almond milk & buy it quite often. I can't tolerate cow's milk at all.

I suggest not going with the BlendTec, I've been blending for a LOOOONG time and went from Vitamix to BlendTec a few years back and hated it. Vitamix lasts, they have variable speeds and their customer service ROCKS.
