Also, when Loso did this actual recording, they did one or two things: Recorded the song in the notes you're describing - G#, Fm, C#, and D#...or they may have tuned their guitars 1/2 step up and played it in the standard chords I mentioned.below. But I guess in the end, there's really no right or wrong.

The song is actually played in the standard G to E, C, then D. In ur example, you had to transpose the notes to the G# then to the "Fm" in order to stay in the same notes as the Studio version..which is fine if you want to stay in the same notes. My only comment is, you may want to consider playing the "Fm" on the upper neck lower register and not down the higher notes creating the high octive "F", which isn't the progression at all. Listen to the recording. But good try though.
