It's my understanding that in order to get as close as possible to the hole in the wall, object stacking may be required. Of course, using DromEd, the level editor, makes many things possible.

I understand and totally agree; however, this joke video was made years ago (not by myself) in response to those who believe there is no bow upgrade in the Alarus Extension down in the Bonehoard. The overwhelmingly great majority of taffers have never modified their game with this weapon. Rest assured, it's only a video. :)
Not entirely true. I actually have the bow upgrade. The notion that it is in the Alarus Extension has been a cruel joke on the behalf of many TTLG members. However, there does exist a "bow upgrade" of sorts, but is an addon to the game.

You can climb up and look into it through the hole in the wall blocking it off. There's an unlit space inside.
