I've been training in my basement for 2 years. Not much room down there for a good dynamic workout. Thankfully i'm starting a new job that will pay for a membership at any gym. I'm from Lakeville. Where is the press gym located?
...just a little something I threw together, i figured since I was going to sit there all day I might as well tape some of the action... the guy benching in the beginning is benching 8 something, sorry I didnt think about taping the weight at that point. And the little boy in the red singlet is 10, also the older gentlemen was 64 I think so his lifts were very impressive. Good Job to the guys in the crew, c-ya. M.S.J.
