OMG, this song is a bittersweet memory of my ex girlfriend, who was depressed all throughout high school, we shared many similar experiences emotionally as frank and rachel did, in the movie TheBodyguard. The words in the song, i feel is her speaking directly to me as to say she's not worthy enough for me and to find someone better than her. It breaks my heart every time i hear it, i think of her. =(
