  • Wonder if any of these guys transported brittney spears lol

  • They're doing something right. BHFD averages less then four minutes per response.

  • Most intelligent Fire Department: Putting red lights on a red car. Visibility: Zero.

  • @thepujajo Your a moron, the can be seen easily

  • @FireExplorerPC can't imagine it is possible to see the red lights in night traffic that good, between all the red tail lights from cars. at least a mix of red and white would be good, even more visable would be blue and white

  • @FireExplorerPC Not as easily as blue lights. I wouldn't at all mind seeing fire trucks with a pair of blue lights in front and in back in addition to the typical red lights.

  • @FireExplorerPC

At day, under bright sun that can't be seen. It's impossible. Not Perfect, but far better would be blue lights. Best would be yellow Cars with blue lights.

But in America, the fans of red on red live....

  • 0:30 Spaceshuttel?!

  • wait, thats an ambulance?

  • Terrible light colour choice, but I love that front lightbar.

  • @04smallmj What exactly makes it terrible? Besides, the law states fire/ems can only run red in California.

  • @SpartanML you couldn't pick a worse colour really, red is the least sensitive colour to the eye in the day and at night and also blends in with many other lights (traffic lights, car indicaters etc). Blue on the other hand, doesn't blend in with anything. If I see a flash of blue light in the corner of my eye, I know that it's an emergency vehicle. If I see a red flash in the corner of my eye, I'd ignore it, it could be anything.

  • @04smallmj I agree with you as in many other states (mine included) we operate red and blue which is a much more effective set up. However unfortunately in some states all red remains legally the only color fire/ems can operate. It is ridiculous however some states are slowly moving away from the antiquated all red policies that date back decades. Blue and red go quite well together.

  • @04smallmj exactly: red and white emergency lights are not easy to see in traffic at night, even if they have an awesome flash pattern. blue lights aren't used on other vehicles so it is very easy to spot them in the traffic

  • looks like an armored car... a terrible looking ambulance

  • that thing looked armored

  • modern truck!

  • nice!!!!!!

  • Nice truck:)

  • so did anyone else notice the batman emblem on the back of the black SUV

  • Nice

  • This one rig makes me some how feel embarrased to live in SoCal.

  • Mini Lightbar in back ruins the ambulance.... :l

  • Ugly box

  • damn lightbar has no flash patterns

  • @b747dude not necessarily a bad thing....last summer several state troopers in massachusetts were hit by drunk drivers. i'm hearing now that after studying why the sudden surge, one theory was the flash patterns with the lights causing the drivers to go to the light and end up hitting the cruiser

  • A sick looking ambulance too looks brand new

  • That's a huge firestation!

  • @Denis91Rodman its beverly hills fire headquarters

  • @Denis91Rodman In Germany that´s the normal size for firestations.

  • @mOviestarthw12 Yeah but we have way better engines and sirens

  • @Denis91Rodman That´s true.

  • @Denis91Rodman its headquarters

  • That's a weird looking ambulance.

  • @dirty654321 It is probably an older slope side box refurbished and remounted on a large medium duty cab. Does look a little awkward for sure.

  • The led(?) lightbar looks awesome
