@babylove198908 I'm afraid not. The rules say no canon couples and I would prefer if the Beast character were an actual Beast (i.e. physically beastly, adapts the form and/or attitude of a beast or deformed in some way).

I think I will use Ribaldi from Rigoletto as the Beast and Christine from POTO (2004) as Belle (the beauty)...I think I will upload my video in the beginning of March...does that sound suitable?

Cool, I might enter if I manage to get it done before the deadline. For my beast, I might use Etain (Centurion), but can't decide on a Beauty. Maybe Morgana, Sansa, Tigerlily, or even Rosaleen. I guess it'll depend on the song I use. Do we have to retail the story of Beauty and the Beast or just create a Beauty and the Beast scenario?

@xLadySam Etain sounds like a terrific idea for a Beast character! You can do either, really. A lot of last years' contestants did.

@ValueMyHeart Believe it or not, it's just iMovie. I just know how to cheat with it. That sounds like a lovely pairing!

@TheSammiPuppy It's hard to explain, but I'll try. For layered images (like the clips in this video), I take two clips and edit them with a very long crossfade. I recycle that crossfade effect and use it in the video to make it look like a layer. It also helps to experiment with different effects and because I have both iMovie '07 and '08, I can transfer clips in need of a zoom or a crop tool. '08 also helps for widescreen when '07 doesn't have it.

@TheSammiPuppy Ah! There, you would have to make sure that said movies are in QuickTime or DivX. Stagevu is very good for DivX and OnlineVideoConverter is good for QuickTime conversions.

What if I make the video before that date? Must I not upload it before the due date? Should I wait till the due date and only then upload?

@dzve You can use any pairing you want. Let your imagination run wild! Actually, I shouldn't say "due date" as well as "deadline." I would prefer videos to be posted before the date. The contest will be closing on that date (unless I've reason to change it).
