there are some carriers and dreadnoughts in empire space, a couple in jita alone but ccp will ban you if you take any aggressive actions in a capital ship in empire space with a no questions 2 week ban, they can only jump out to low sec and 0.0 other than that their stuck.

@goldridder the skill you need to fly it is called "Industrial Command Ships".

instead of making it a capital ship they made it a command ship. in its construction you need cap ship construction. so again like i said however long ago (nice necro post btw) if you go off the info and skill to fly its NOT a cap, if you go off the info for construction it is.

the CNR is superior over the regular raven it has an extra launcher, more shields, and also increased capacitor storage and recharge with a few good skills a CNR can perma boost with 2 BCUs

its true that about 10-20 concord ships warp in if 1 (!) player is attacked, so its 10-20 per player an 4-4 undock is always so damn crowded that youll hit at least 10 people so then you got yourself an entire CONCORD fleet
