The first day I got this game a glitch happened to me right after I learned how to do armor mode it made me sink under the ground and I was oddly swimming under New york.
In my time owning Crysis 2 since it came out, i have only had two glitches with AI. One was a pathfinding error, and the other was a glitch AI when i left the area and returned a short while later. Those are the only glitches i have expirianced. I guess i'm lucky.
@LenoStarBucks The closest i have come to that is an enemy not seeing me when im behind them, uncloaked. It's only happened once though, and it made sense. And i've NEVER seen an AI throw a gernade.

well it still looks like Crysis 2 is incomplete game....but trust me when the glitches and AI inteligence will be fixed it will be the best game ever :D
i think i have a different opinion on what a smart ai is. i think when a guy sees u and u sneak behind a bunch of objects and come up behind the guy and he still knows your there that that is a bad ai. knowing where you r at all times is very hard but unrealistic. also what keeps happening to me in crysis 2 (like in cod games) if my toe pokes out at 700ft and they havent spotted me yet, they sure did now. and if one person sees u everyone has. crap. they should have to radio or call out first.
@joggingbanana If you saw a slightly-visable, man-shaped blur run past you, you would be suspisious too. Trust me, i can easly spot cloaked enemies because of the blur.
@merchent343 yeah that i know. what im saying is in single player someone way across the map at about 700ft can see maybe my foot. just a foot and everyone suddenly knows where i am. whatever though, its just my opinion. im sure there are many problems with the games i like. and when it comes o smart ai, ive yet to see anything better than kz3 or uncharted. other aspects may not be the best but they have killer ai.
@joggingbanana I've acually had times where I, a very good crysis player, have been easly overwhelmed because of AI tactics. I've got a great hiding/sniping place that took me 10 miniutes to get to while cloaking and thinking: "They will never know where i am, hehe", then one i fire the first shot, they immediatly launch a two-sided counter-attack, which immidiatly manages to catch me off guard. The AI is near-perfect, in many ways.
Will have this in a few days--but will not play it until at least a couple of patches are released and issues fixed. What the hell is that at 0:30 ?? Looks like those guys are practicing a dance routine--lol.
And you could get worse AI in games like Homefront, any Call of Duty, Battlefield Bad Company games... it's glitchy but when it isn't glitchy it's really great AI.
It's got some glitches as evidenced above but if you think this is the worst AI ever you may need to play more games. Patch just came out, though and another patch is in the works.
lol i've gotten so many glitches on my 360 version haha. the two most prominent being; when i tried to pick up a shotgun, my camera fucked up causing my character to float with his arms in the air, he'd still move but he wouldnt run, he'd just kinda hover to where i pointed him and when i shot down a chopper the gunner was still inside the burning wreckage holding an imaginary gun and frozen into place.
I never had any AI issues, must be a console thing.

@GT5Enthusiast I have looked for glitches. All i've found in 6-8 months of Crysis 2 gameplay was two soldiers walking into walls.

@merchent343 And AI which don't pay attention to the player, which kill themselves with grenades, etc.. Those are AI problems though.

@LenoStarBucks There is only one glitch i have encountered recently. That was when i hit an AI Cell, he snapped up in like half a second. That's it.
