Which is actually part of the Bible. You list it as if it were a separate text. It is not. The Guru Granth Sahib, was not compiled until after the 15th century. Long after the Bible was completed. The earliest Diamond Sutra was around 401 A.D. The last book of the Bible was around 70 A.D. You have no point.

Numbers 5:5-31 is not spousal abuse. It was a method God used to tell if someone's wife was secretly cheating on the husband. If she was innocent nothing happened to her. Adultery is a serious sin. People are going to burn in Hell forever because of it.

I definitely have opinions on what I think is right and wrong. We couldn't confirm this until the 1970's, when we finally had the deep sea diving capability to go deeper than we ever have before then. They discovered that there are freshwater springs on the bottom of the ocean. It was impossible for any human at the time this was written in the Bible, to know the springs were there. They wrote about these springs because God told them, they were there.

That is a fallacious question. Of course God could make a rock, but since He is not physical, He is Spirit, He is not bound by laws of physics. Even if He could create something He could not surpass, why would He do something so foolish? God is not foolish like atheists with wild imaginations. God is wise.

I have looked at the verses you are posting, and you are wrong about all of them.
Numbers 5:5-31 is not spousal abuse. It was a method God used to tell if someone's wife was secretly cheating on the husband. If she was innocent nothing happened to her. Adultery is a serious sin. People are going to burn in Hell forever because of it.

@RockyRacoon18 Deuteronomy 22:13-21 is about whether a woman is a virgin at marriage, or a whore. Any women that has sex outside of marriage is guilty of being a whore.
Same with 28-29. You might not believe it, but women actually waited to get married before having sex. Not like women of today. A woman that has sex, outside of marriage is a whore. Thankfully, under the New Covenant they can repent, and be forgiven.

It's not a matter of the intellect. The reason they are atheists resides in their heart. That is why we can't expect that mental reasoning will work. No matter what rational you present they will just refuse to accept it. It is their heart. That is why we preach the Gospel to them. That deals with their heart.

My logic is quite sound. For an atheist to even engage in a logical discussion, they must first qualify themselves. How can an atheist even believe that logic exists? What is their base for logic, where is their standard? With no standard, they have no reason to reason. Most atheists I meet don't even think you can absolutely know anything. Without knowledge, you can't have science, which means to have knowledge.

No Tracy, Evolution is a FACT! It's been proven. The theory bit is how it works, no Scientist says it hasn't happened. Check it out for yourself. Would you jump off a cliff because gravity is "only a theory"?
The Bible is quite vacant on Scientific claims so it's not that easy to find them. It says "the circle of earth" when the Earth is a SPHERE though.

He called belief in God "having toys" He also said not to make him play with "those toys". The problem with that is he does play with "those toys", and lies by saying he doesn't. He assumes morality with no logical basis for doing so, according to the atheist worldview. So, by assuming morality, he is stealing from the theist worldview. i.e "playing with the toys."

@l337pwnage Who are you to say anything is either moral, or immoral? What standard are you using? An atheist, or agnostic really has no reason to believe in morals. You cannot say anything is absolutely right or wrong. According to the atheist/agnostic view, things just happen. No right, or wrong, just happenings. Christianity is the only solid foundation that can reasonably define morals. Besides, any sinner can take Bible verses out of context. That's nothing new.

christians are more moral than muslms, but only because they stopped following much of their holy book, they stopped burning witches and stoning people and owning slaves.

Meaning if I thought it was good to commit murder, you would also agree with me that it was right. Morals tells us that murder is wrong, whether the person wanting to do it likes it, is irrelevant. If your definition was applied to morals then a serial killer would be right because he says so, and it would be wrong to imprison him.

@HopePossible well, since morals are opinion, they could be called equal. Every society & religion has variations in their own moral codes, although many are common.
I definitely have opinions on what I think is right and wrong. Others have different opinions, and if they aren't hypocrites, I usually do have some respect for them, but if they claim that something is wrong, but have done it anyway, then their moral codes are as meaningless to me as they apparently are to them.

Which says everything came by random chance, since there was no intelligence behind it. They can't prove that their 5 senses are giving them the right info. You cannot prove your 5 senses with your 5 senses,that is circular logic. Because their 5 senses cannot be verified as accurate,they cannot actually KNOW anything

God's word is verified, by being consistent with reality. It is not a single book. It is 66 books written by different people, at different times, and from different places. Yet it all has the same central theme, and doesn't contradict itself. That is a miracle! Science proves the validity of the Bible as well.

We couldn't confirm this until the 1970's, when we finally had the deep sea diving capability to go deeper than we ever have before then. They discovered that there are freshwater springs on the bottom of the ocean. It was impossible for any human at the time this was written in the Bible, to know the springs were there. They wrote about these springs because God told them, they were there.

Ancient Hawaiians would use gourds and dive down to the fresh water springs. I am not brushing anything aside. It's amazing what 5 minutes of research can tell you.

I have proof, but proof is not my critera. Faith is my critera. My faith is proven with my preaching. The burden of proof lies upon the atheist, that claims God does not exist.
