I had somebody in a lane next to me acting like this. Didnt realize there was one left in the chamber and stated that it was odd the slide didnt lock back as they leaned over semi talking to me and themselves- all the while raising the muzzle of the .380 to my face.

I proceeded to slap the pistol and a round went off into the ceiling.
