in the first game they don't withstand anything, they just fly higher when thrown and can pick up bomb-rocks. But in the second game they can withstand electricity

you need the 25 essential parts to get the normal ending and all 30 to get the good ending

are there any bomb rocks around there i think theres a stone wall i need to blast down in that same area someone please help me out

There's two places where you can find bomb-rocks in this level. I showed where one of them is in PIKMIN 13. I really wouldn't suggest going for the other place.
