@K3Ks3694 in dem lied geht es darum das du sagst was du sagen musst. viele menschen plagen sich mit problemen und depressionen ohne auch nur ein wort darüber zu verlieren und leiden lieber alleine vor sich hin. john mayer fordert solche menschen auf darüber zu reden ob mit anderen oder vielleicht mit sich auch selbst wenn man große angst hat. es ist definitiv der erste schritt um seine probleme zu lösen :)
