It's fun to hear what everyone thinks the lyrics are. I always thought it was, "Oooh, water in a great big dam." And then at the end it was, "I love to feel all right." But I'm glad it's just gibberish.
Gibberish that your mind tries to make sense of, in truth there are no lyrics, it is a mindfuck. That is my final try at the 'lyrics', because they don't exist on the web, it just says instrumental.
Or perhaps, everyone is singing at the same instant, and makes the lyrics incomprehensible, if you cut out the other vocals, and have just one, you could hear it better maybe? That is why it is called Unison, also it was made for the sonic putty effect, you hear different each time, you convince yourself of patterns in nonsense. It is a beautiful mind game.
I think that the lyrics are just gibberish, and if you listen to them long enough, you hear whatever you want, like sonic putty, your brain shapes it with each audience. The Heads loved mind games.

De drums at the start is exactly like ´Running´ From Lenny Kravitz.

@njitram00000 Running sounds a little simplified compared to this.

Also, "I don't feel all right."

I keep hearing "and it hurts to feel alright" and yeah "wandering in a bad bad house"
This song is like a flippin' audible Rorschach test.... And it doesn't help that it's listed as pure instrumental on all track listings. :P

The should've been on the original album instead of The Great Curve.

@minedarea The Great Curve is a great tune, I didn't care for it at first but it's of my faves on the album now.
