Actually, yes. Yes we are.

I'm a christian, a musician-in-hiding (meaning i'm just making songs in my room & few of my friends kno about it) & i already have made 22 songs or more inspired by God, but the time came when i made a song (about 2-4 songs) that was purely not christian (i was so down and low, so i made a song about wanting comfort from people & not God) i have one in my channel, titled Look at me (do you think I'm alright?...)....so that would really depend on the heart of the writer, singer, musician....

You know there is such a thing as a Christian band, it's not about can a band can be saved but rather is the music coming from a Christian perspective,

no, because that's not why it's called what it is, in the same way Christian music is called christian music because of the message that is getting across from the music.

Yeeeeaah... we were just making fun of the whole thing. We're obviously a Christian music website and just are tired of people getting all hung up on bands not being labeled "Christian bands" when they're obviously a "Christian band" -- stuff like that. We probably could have made this thing 40 minutes instead of 4... but didn't want to entirely kill it :)

A strong part of deciding if a band is a christian band for me, is seeing if they thank God for getting where they are.

That was funny. That's funny how you ask questions about bands. I ask the same questions too!

Bands that I love but trying to figure out was. Dishwalla is one band I always try to figure out. I have all Dishwalla's ablums and I think they're Christians but they aren't a Christian band, but their music is positive. Did you know U2 almost didn't happen because all but Adam was Born Again? Bono, and Edge, didn't go elsewhere, It was Adam who convinced them to stay together.
