But blahblah, u do realize that seth has like a 4 - 6 if not 3 - 7 matchup against viper, who has high damage with low risks comepare to akuma and seth, whom are character your would struggle with if u were dealing with viper. Viper has some of the beast utility of cancels to counter against the diverse attack options from akuma and seth, great for baits. If u dont believe, search tokido vs viper and count how many unhearded viper players he has lost to.
