Also- the speaker has an accent in English. While her English while perfectly understandable is not pronounced perfectly. Therefore , how can we also know that the Chinese accent of the speaker is accurate? It may be as off as the English. Is this a guaranteed native speaker?

this is horrible. and i will tell you why. first, you are talking too fast. you are better to speak slowly. then fast after a few times. second, people who are learning a new language already have basic trouble understanding how to enunciate mandarin properly.talking fast makes it hard to hear how to correctly pronounce consonants. it also makes it more difficult to hear the tones. third, the video is so compressed you cannot even see the tone marks above the words they are a blur......
