@Standard999999 Being born on an American Military Base does not grant you US citizenship. It is a common misconception, but American military bases are not considered US soil unlike US embassies. It doesn't matter in the case of McCain since both of his parents were US citizens and thus passed on US citizenship to him that way.

Try to find a hospital in Hawaii which proudly procalims itself as the birthplace of President Obama, or a doctor or his descendents who proudly say he delivered President Obama.

I just reread her statement, and now she doesn't claim to have seen the original birth certificate, instead saying she has seen "the original vital records" and now she says those records, but not the original birth certificate, verify "Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen."
This is the exact wording of her October 2008 statement:
"I (Dr. Chiyome Fukino) have personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama's original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures."
Now they say the original was destroyed in 2001.

No He hasn't. He has produced a generic certificate with no seal nor signature. Hawaii has allowed many foreign born people to get the same one as he has produced (like his sister's). And every intelligent person should take the time to question things that don't make sense. The COLB may look generic to you, but it is the only form of birth certificate that HI has given out in several years. The seal and signature were on the back, as you can see on factcheck.

If I wanted to hire an employee, I could ask for a birth certificate, college transcripts, and other documents that prove what they claim on the application. If they chose to not abide by the request, I would not hire them. @Standard999999 Being born on an American Military Base does not grant you US citizenship. It is a common misconception, but American military bases are not considered US soil unlike US embassies. It doesn't matter in the case of McCain since both of his parents were US citizens and thus passed on US citizenship to him that way.

There are all manner of inconsistencies in what we are allowed to know about Obama, where traveled,etc that define his birth as out of USA. What makes folks who believe there has been a conspiracy think that "any" document produced and presented would satisfy their suspicions. If there has already been such a conspiracy, how hard would it be to find some attending doctor in one of the hospitals sign a backdated document, etc? That's why this is a circular argument. If you don't believe those who have certified the info, will you ever believe if info does not meet with your preconceived ideas? Who to believe? DHS? Gov.? Uh, no.

Yes, they said it was authentic. What they wouldn't say was where he was born, what hospital in what country, and who delivered him.
Try to find a hospital in Hawaii which proudly procalims itself as the birthplace of President Obama, or a doctor or his descendents who proudly say he delivered President Obama.
Obama's sister also has a Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth, and no one disputes the fact that she was born in Indonesia.
His mom registered their births in Hawaii, a common practice

In a carefully worded statement, she said she had seen his original birth certificate and it was real--she didn't say what country it was from or where it says he was born.
I haven't seen his sister's COLB, but it would be interesting to see it and find out what it says.

I just reread her statement, and now she doesn't claim to have seen the original birth certificate, instead saying she has seen "the original vital records" and now she says those records, but not the original birth certificate, verify "Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen."

This is the exact wording of her October 2008 statement:
"I (Dr. Chiyome Fukino) have personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama's original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures."
Now they say the original was destroyed in 2001.
I'm calling bullshit on all of this.

Dr. Chiyome Fukino is very careful in her wording, and she never says Obama was born in Hawaii--she says the vital records say he was born in Hawaii.
She never says where the birth certificate says he was born, or even what country the birth certificate is from.
She's covering her ass so if the truth ever comes out, she can say that she never lied.

And every intelligent person should take the time to question things that don't make sense. The COLB may look generic to you, but it is the only form of birth certificate that HI has given out in several years. The seal and signature were on the back, as you can see on factcheck.
His sister's COLB doesn't say she was born in Hawaii.
There are also birth announcements in local papers from the time. Are those faked too?

If I wanted to hire an employee, I could ask for a birth certificate, college transcripts, and other documents that prove what they claim on the application. If they chose to not abide by the request, I would not hire them. Why do I have a president working supposedly for me that will produce none of these documents and has gone to great lengths to assure they cannot be revealed to his "employers?" A year ago bringing up his history with Islam was a smear. In Egypt he smeared himself.

That dollar number you cite comes from nowhere. In fact, at least some of the firms working for Obama here are working pro bono. And of course you're going to hire a lawyer if you're sued by people making outrageous accusations such as violating a travel ban to Pakistan which are objectively false. The COLB is prima facie evidence that Obama was born in Honolulu. If you believe it fake, the burden is on you to prove that.

No, the burden is on you to prove that the prima facie document produced by Obama is either fake or that there's clear evidence Obama was not born in Honolulu, as the COLB says. Obama produced the only thing HI produces if you ask for a birth certificate.

Your analogy would be more accurate if this is how it happened:
The doctors come to you with a paternity result, but you demand to see the DNA for yourself, claiming that the report is forged because the wrong font was used. The doctors tell you that by law they cannot release the original DNA. You respond by saying that the paternity report is fake and that you refuse to acknowledge the child as your own.
Keep in mind you were with her nine months ago, while you two were alone on an island.

The doctors are close friends with your ex girlfriend and none of the paternity results are signed by any doctor or lab technician and none of the results have any numbers on it that can be traced or verified by outsiders.
All you have to go on is the statement of your girlfriend whom you have not seen since that night who could have been pregnant the night before or the night after you broke up.

Hawaii issued them for children born outside of Hawaii, including foreign countries.

The US Constitution says there are 3 qualifications required to become president. I don't think the founding fathers would have listed these qualifications, if they did not expect people to qualify or be qualified. For someone to come along an refuse to do so, is an act against the US Constitution.
