I think europe models are also 200sx.The difference between a 200sx/silvia and the 240sx is that the 200's and silvias have the SR20DET(or sr20de) engine wheras the 240sx has a 2.4l non turbo engine (cant remember engine code and cbf looking it up).

The turbo models are Silvia K's or Spec R's (depending on the year) and the N/A models are Q's or Spec S. There are also other N/A JDM models but again, dont know off the top of my head and cbf looking up. It is quite common in NZ to add a turbo to your SR20DE with the end result being a SR20DE+T.

Does anyone know if it is possible to do an SR20 swap with an automatic transmission, or have one built around a separate trans? This may sound stupid to purists, but I have a bad left knee and live in a city with a lot of traffic where a manual can get annoying. Although I have moved on from these types of cars and currently own an E92 M3, this was my first car that I had and would love to build one with a little more horsepower than the 155 (prob like 120 on the ground)

Nice build, very clean. I have 97 with the s14 sr20 but I'm keeping the usdm look I personally prefer it over the jdm version. Sr20's are decently fast but u really get the potential out of it when u upgrade the turbo
