It would be easier and better quality if you recorded it with a screen recorder. There's a free one called cam studio. Search it. the websit and download is spam and virus free. Set the boundary for the recorded place, then record and save.

there is an easier way. Save it as a GIF and put it on windows movie maker. add sounds (or Music. Save it as a movie file and upload it.
