Like this 4 marks per day limit, I hate when they do that. They can't come up with actual challenge so they artificially make it so you can't gain access before 5 days... lame.

It's not that they "can't" make it challenging, it's that they "won't". Remember that Blizzard's philosophy for WoW is making it accessible to everyone. They make content easier and dumbed-down which allows them to maintain their subscriber base. Too difficult= less subs.
