Teddy was the only bit of merchandise really released for the movie back in 2001 (if you search for "ai teddy 2001 bear" you'll find sites that have him. I have one and I still don't think I've heard every variant of phrases he can say, mainly because I love him and find him a little creepy all at the same time. It's definitely the same voice actor from the movie.

I have one. Identical to the bear in the movie. These were marketed at the time the movie was released, but only sold in limited numbers. Its name is Supertoy Teddy. Its voice is identical to the bear in the movie, and says many of the same phrases Teddy used in the movie.

Oh, sadly he does not walk around.

Being a huge fan of the movie i bought mine off of ebay years ago, you might be able to still find one on there.
