The mushroom containd ibotenic acid and muscimol...when wet or incorrectly dried your liver will turn the ibotenic acid into muscimol which as you said is the active ingredient...ibotenic acid will make you nauseous...when the caps are dried in an oven most of the ibotenic acid will convert to muscimol...so you might have more luck harvesting your own and drieing them and crushing it up and eating it...maybe in food

I went hunting for Aminita in the forest, Dried it in the oven (my mom came home while I was doing this, woops, -it's a science project??) Then I ate about 2.5gm dried product and got a baseline experience with stomache aches.It just made me feel slightly high. I think if I took 1 more gm I would have started to trip. You can get violently ill if you pick the wrong stuff or prepare the shrooms incorrectly.
