It's hardly geared towards children. When actual quotes from the game are "Even I can't down that much meat" and the huge bizarre dialogue back and forth in the newest game about "defense lawyers milk", or Apollo Justice's line with Klavier commenting on how it was the first time he ever felt that way with a man (reference to Apollo staring at him). When the game includes characters like Jean Armstrong, and a panty snatcher. It's rated TEEN. so are most shounen-ai manga (MAN ON MAN comics)

This is much like those who don't accept the gay aspects of the Metal Gear Solid games. "OMG SNAKE IS A BADASS there's no way there's gay in the game!!" Then you see actual gay and bisexual characters within the game.

I should also mention that the original artist for the Phoenix Wright series was also a yaoi manga artist under a different pseudonym. Suekane Kumiko's alternate penname is Mutobe Ryo, a yaoi artist.

The ONLY way there is gay content in ALL of those games is the Gay chef from part 2 or 3, or if YOU as the player is sitting there thinking, "Gee, I SURE wish that Phoenix would suck Miles Edgeworths dick." It's a KIDS game, NO ONE intended ANY gay material.

I'm done with you, I cannot argue with someone who lacks the capacity to comprehend. There are children's cartoons out there with gay material in it (look up 'The Sissy Duckling"). But this is not a kid's game, it's teen and above, I don't think kids should be playing games with murder involved regularly. Things are left ambiguous for a reason, because it's very popular in Japan and here. The director Phoenix Wright, Shu Takumi in an interview even said Phoenix thinks Edgeworth is a cute guy.
