  • Greetings! :) definitely not the prettiest Town in the world but I absolutely love it. I studied there (Scientific Information in University of Silesia :). Now I live in England and I am currrently thinking about enrolling on the CELTA course. According to CEFR i am on the C1 (expert) level which is a requirement for the CELTA applicants from other countries. Were there any non-native speakers on your course? How did they do? Hope you'll find time to reply :). Thanks in advance!

  • How would one go about teaching English in a European country? Where do I begin?

  • @WakeBoarderMatt The first thing you will definitely need in order to work in Europe is a Cambridge CELTA, or CertTESOL. These certificates take a month each to complete and cost around £1000. You will also need to have a university degree. For most schools you will also need to be from a native English speaking country (although some schools will employ non natives).

The best place to look for jobs is on the numerous TEFL websites such as; tefl.com, eslbase.com, etc.

  • HOW MANY PLACES HAVE YOU WORKED IN SO FAR ?

  • @disneydiva21 5 so far :)

  • Nice Video :D Greetings from Karol :)
