I love this, and everything from them in fact. Maybe analysing is gonna screw it up, but I'm curious. So he makes makes a mistake every time, the last time, too, because he's already talked about estate agents (calling them fridges :P). So the joke is that whatever he talks about, it fits estate agents as well. So then what else could he be talking about in the last part? I hope I made sense :) If you have ideas, please tell. (Of course I'm aware, maybe it doesn't need to have another meaning.)
