  • wisdom..i like wisdom playing, in my house..good vids

  • Thank you for your truth, sir! Keep speaking it. God bless you!!!

  • @zstreet1

Just stay out if my house.

  • We dissected Nasir Jones Black Zombies line "We just copy cat, followin' the system" and were thankfully brought to your channel. Much Respect to you Nubian King!

  • You are the greatest Black man I've ever seen. I might even be as bold to say you could be the next modern day Luther King.

  • The youth have devolved to the point where a belt is a high tech invention. They want an Iphone but they are not evolved enough to wear a belt or wear a pair of pants right.

  • Hey, where do you live? Let me buy you a beer!

  • @ticklemedammit

    Stone Mountain. Anytime.

  • MLK would terribly ashamed, in my opinion, to see the state of many black youth.

  • you are so right!!!! character, pride, respect and the can do atitude is missing from so many today...i often wonder how it happened. i have an idea about it all. i can say i have raised and given my children the tools to be all they can but sometimes wonder if they will put forth the effort to use the tools and follow the examples they were given. but as they say a parents job is never done!!

  • Thank you.

  • my name is kenneth mcgowan, i have listen to all of your video's, keep up the good work.

  • do you have a video on is she cheating

  • Where is your shirt?

  • Naughty me that day.

  • ???

  • Clean up your place it looks NASTY and cluttered

  • Let me pay you to do it. You could use the cash.

  • Great testimonial character is missing from the fabric of America.

  • Show me the compliment and I will say thank you. Generally, I address issues of criticism if it attacks something other than the point being made.

As I recalled, I praised you for being civil. Pride, Me? I don't think so.

  • This video was about what it was.

  • Great video 5 stars

  • It's not just a problem amongst black people. I am white and trust me I see young people everyday who don't know the meaning of the word character anymore. Once they have a job and their own home they don't even visit their parents anymore. I also think it has to do with a lack of a sense of loyalty. Loyalty is a very underrated virtue in today's society. Posts like yours are very important to make people think. Thank you.

  • Thank you for sharing this video. I'm going to feature it on my channel for everyone to see.

  • I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your uncle. I guess it gets hot in hotlanta tmot for you to be shirtless lol.

Nursing homes can be cruel and heartless places. However i wouldn't want to be a burden on someone or their family.

  • this was a good one brougham! I think about these types of things all the time being that i was raised my grandparents and by the grace of him, they are still mbile and sharp even though they are in their mid 70's! I know they cant carry on like that forever and one day i will have more responsibilty on my shoulders being that I'm the closest of all my cousins and siblings, but I'm glad they have talked to me and let me know the gameplan and what they want done when it all boils down!

  • I am 40+ and went to give my second cousin who is 22 a hug, she said "I am a gangster and I do not hug people", when I was 22 I was worried about finding a job after college...we are raising juveniles who stay that way in their 20's & 30's...they care more about Hilfiger gear and cars..than their parents and family leagacies.......

  • Your a great man of character sir, I am glad your my friend. An old saying still true today, If you want to be smart hang with smart people, if you want to be successful hang with the successful, if you want to be a looser hang with looser's, It is evident that you have done the better, of all you have hung with Christ, I hope this made sense sir.

  • All the sense in the World.

  • That's is so true my grand parents had 15 children and was never on welfare! They both worked jobs and my grandmother baked people cakes and did hair in her spare time to earn extra money. My mother worked 3rd shift and went to college during the day and got her degree. I think that i am such a hard worker because I come from a generation of hard work. That's probably where it start, if your parents live of the government for ever then their children might be the same way.

  • I respect you.

  • Great video, I think most young people (from all nationalities/backgrounds) these days would benefit greatly from this video.

  • I took care of my grandmother and also looked after my deadbeat Dad.

  • God bless you for it.

  • See Tmot, I went through the same thing with my Grampaw. He had Alzheimer's & broke his hip. I kept urging them to LET THE MAN LIVE IN THE HOME HE PAID for .. familiar enviro. are better for Alzheimer's patients. I told them they could get a nurse or caretaker for the home. But the 2 who never moved out of the house after 50yrs shipped him off. Didn't want the responsibility. Guess who was acting a fool, slobbing & falling all over the casket at the funeral? He had 11 children. No1 stepd up!

  • That is how they do it these days and it is sick. Yep, you know the ones that were not there. They do all the crying.

  • It was sad because between the 10 of them, no one could come together and agree on a visiting schedule 2 b sure that he was checked on every day. Mama was consistent, but the rest of them wanted me to uproot my life to move there and take care of him, with MORE than 20 relatives in town- No one wanted to sacrifice for him when he sacrificed so much for every one else. I really feel the absence of the elders I grew up with . U don;'t even see them in churches as much as back in the day.

  • I am very sorry about your cousin. God bless his soul and God bless his family. Thanks for the message. (and sharing your impressive family history. God rest Aunt Mary.

  • You my man, are a man of character! That is why I am always here and listening.

  • I like who I have become and I owe alot of that to those who loved and raised me, condolences and thanks for the message TMOT, this really needs to be reinforced today.

  • My condolences on your loss. Our elders still have so much to give if we would only pay attention.

  • Wow.

This video is great. I hope to see this type of respect for our race and other race again. Each one reach one teach one.

    Hopefully....

  • Presentation A+ Very, very nice video...and your words too.

  • The white world is full of LOST CHARECTER as well. Our nation is lost because of our pride and sin. Now it is all about me in this me generation coming up.

  • RIP aunt Mary

If I do say so myself, that is one handsome, smart intelligent man. God bless you TMOT!

  • Wise words but put a shirt on lol

  • 5 *****

  • I agree with what you are saying -- but it isnt todays generation that dropped the ball first.

Todays young adults are just the products of the screw ups that were young in the 70's.

You make many great points TMOT but alot of the older guys like you like to pretend like this is the first generation of the black community that screwed up. Thats false.

I'm not talking about you personally TMOT but it was your generation that started screwing up. (the under 60-65 or so crowd now)

  • I agree. That is still no excuse to not do better.

  • @ tomotofga-- I agree. Its definately not an excuse not to do better but its something that needed to be brought forward for some of those older guys that are on their high horses now that they're living good.

  • I agree.

  • RIP Aunt Mary.

Keep teaching Tmot. People who do not dress and act respectfully shouldn't be suprised when they are not respected.

  • To see what men and women of color have become today really make's me sick.

  • Well said!

  • My condolenses TMOT!

  • very good video!

  • Thanks for sharing. You are a great man of character..! May God Bless You and Your Family.

  • I changed my page around just wanted to come and visit you brother. I'm sincerly sorry for your loss and I feel your pain in this video, I know that God has a plan. You stay strong as always and keep feeding the masses my friend.

    Dan in Jonesboro

  • God bless you brother. I have my own stories too. God bless you brother.

  • So Sorry for your loss tmot.

It isn't in only your neighborhood--the youth of today for 20 or so yrs back--toomany are lost to things of this world. They can't take care of anything--they can't even keep their pants up! they have to hold them up when they walk--never understood that-if my boy ever--and he tried-to wear a pair of those silly pants I would whip them off of him! LOL Their respect for women is gone too--even their Moms--I thank God for helping me raise mine. He knows what.........

  • cont.wfandi this world will do to him if he allows it to happen---I thank God for living in my Son's heart. Our kids are us.

    Take CARE tmot. ^j^

  • Thanks for sharing TMOT! Very true!

You should be proud of your uncle, and your family! I know I am proud of the people in my family. They were/still are farmers here in Florida, but they are educated!

My grandmother is 96 years old and growing strong - and she's not in a nursing home. She's home with her family!

God bless you and your family!!!
