I do it that way too ever since I got acne and its great the only thing is I add a step at the end I put some of the rubbing alcohol on a cotton bud and then put it on the popped pimple and burn it. It stings but that's good :) That way my skin is closed up and sterile So no more bacteria can enter afterwards.

Mmm instead of popping it, I actually let it dry ovcernight so that it "pops" by itself when I wake up. What I do is I apply a very small amount of green clay paste on my entire pimple. Not only that it dries the acne overnight, it also deep cleanses the acne area and also the surrounding skin. I think this method is easier and safer to do than popping because popping may cause the bacteria to spread when done wrong :\.

@MrAnthony992 Those are trickier, you have to wait for them to "ripen." Sometimes if you mess up you can actually push the inflammation in further and cause more damage. It's hard to say without a picture but they take practice and experience... It's taken me years to do.
