I am a HUGE affirmation girl!! I speak them to myself AND I read affirmations to my children so they hear the truth about WHO THEY ARE!! Routine is crucial for me too...it keeps me in the "flow" =)

I completely agree that we need to set intentions at the beginning of the day. I find that whatever I do in the morning can definitely set the tone for the day - it's one of the biggest reasons I work out first. I haven't been as good about doing that with affirmations, but this a great reminder to start. (And I love that shoe-tying idea!)
I just tried to tie my laces in a different way... then realized I am wearing boots. Lol.... just kidding. I am saving this so I can hear YOUR voice reading this for me in the morning.
