Tonya Mallard was a friend of mine, At the time of the crash I was a volunteer Firefighter/EMT with Tonya in Waldorf at Waldorf Sta. 12. Yeah, it's not. The video was made during the preliminary stages of the investigation and before the funerals, before the state police sent out official pictures of their pilot and trooper.
