An excellent movie. Of course, not too relevent to the book it was based off of (the book was written using 1st person accounts of the people who were there). But of course, most movies are like that. It is still a good interpretation of the real events and I rate it a 9/10.

When I learnt it was a true story, I found it absolutely amazing.

I'm not going to defend the catholic church, they're quite evil, but nothing compares to the Nazis. Responding to the charges of jewish monolopies, I would firstly say the vast majority of them were dirt poor, just like the rest of Europe. Were there any trials? Did they cite any reasons beyond the simple fact that they were "Jews", before killing them? Nothing justifies that, not even in the slightest. Now there are groups of people I hate, But I don't seek to have them exterminated.

When I've seen this movie, I thaught to myself, wow, that was a really awesome movie. Too bad it didn't happen. At that point, I thaught it was only fiction.
When I learnt it was a true story, I found it absolutely amazing.
I would probably say it's one of the only action movies that must be watched before you die.
