Thats not Malmsteen....this is a hell of a lot better. I just discovered Anthem with other bands and guitar players such as Syu. Akio is the best guitarist I have heard in a long time.

While the drummer is a metal drummer, the rythm between the guitar and the drum is just progressive. The guitar sounds are that of old school (New age british wave) heavy metal. The thing that i love about these guys is how unified they are as a band. They flow together so well and don't try and over shadow each other during solos. Their drummer mostly, stays in control and holds time but knows the perfect time to rip a drum fill. Even akio backs out when they're bass player plays his lead riff during the chorus. Love this band
