i'll usually do these type of exercises for 1 min each and just keep repeating the circuit for 20 min. no rest is the goal but if i take 15 seconds here or there its okay.
if you want ab's, eat properly, and work out everyday for 40 mins, i do sprints around my block then ab and weights at home, food isnt supposed to taste nice either! its just to fuel your body, btw tuna is the best thing to eat, its full of protein and low in calories though dont get the shit that was dipped in cranola oil anyways :P
lol i use to do the sprinting, burpees and mountain climbers each for 30 sec. rest 30, 4 times, by the third time my legs couldnt do more mountain climbers , so by watching this vid with those exercises + line jumps and step jumps im pretty sure its one hell of a workout
you look like 25 in the ab workout video . the couch ab workout is easier to do than the ab workout of week one i like that , but weight training is harder ^^
