Racism in the oxford dictionary is defined as the belief in the superiority of a particular race or antagonism between people of different races. Its not just a white problem ,and to say otherwise is racism.
I was referring to a previous post by JCPUTT who stated the real problem was the fact that blacks in Africa sold fellow blacks to whites. That was part of the problem, but again, slavery has existed for millenniums in a racially irrelevant manner.
It was still whites who exclusively demanded black slaves. The crimes committed by slave owners would still not amount to genocidal crimes if they took their slaves through practical reasons, like war or as punishment for crimes.
Btw, slavery has existed for thousands of years. It did not originate as racial slavery, and much of it after it's origination was unrelated to race.
The point is in America, the white legislatures of Southern states and border states made slavery of African Americans exclusively a legal institution (except the Confeds also enslaved natives, but that's different). Until the 1960s, they set them as inferior by preventing them from using white public facilities, as well.
And bringing up race is idiotic, and pointlessly calling a black person a racist is an indication of you trying to justify your own racism. I'm not saying you are, but it's an implication.

Africa, European Caucasions were
