The Doctrine of Incorporation is a wonderful thing. You are absolutely right about the 14th Amendment, and I would argue that it could possibly be the most important of all them, since it enables the federal government to make sure that all the rights secured at the federal level are also secured at the state and local levels. I love your channel and I want to be like you when I grow up, teach!
