Ok i already had i enabled i disabled then enabled i log in and the same happened, the exact same error, E-mail me will youtube mail.

omg thank you soooo much!!!! after 3 frusterating hours of trying to get toontown to work for my daughter i came across your very helpful video and turns out that was EXACTLY the problem!! directx 3d was not available but a driver update solved that problem and fixed the toontown problem and shes happily playing now!! thank you soo much!!
