  • People back then who train like this were legend of wrestling and have tremendous overall strenght fight like the wild aimals. but they don't get any respect. To the people of the world they believe its boring and not entertaining.

They show some of these YOUtube video of people swinging mace, hammers, and clubs. and wrestling videos of Karl Grotch.

    They are very rare ...

  • something is wrong with the world when the sheik was this and now he is how he is

  • intelligent jew!

  • @RandomHuman1000 Yeah, you 100% correct sir, I feel sorry for him at his age being dragged around the States for a few dollars like some kind of performing monkey by that fat jewish buffoon.

  • @RandomHuman1000 Actually it was, if you are referring to The Rock, he heard it from Sheiky Baby when he was a kid, it was a kayfabe reference decades before it was used on screen.

  • @feckyoo2 SOOOO many youngsters think Dwayne came up with the term lol

  • I have discussed the Persian meels (clubs) with The Iron Sheik and his present manager Eric Simms, and this ancient exercise, the Jori swing, is by far the most challenging of all exercises. A 15 pound club is equivalent in force because of torque, to a 75lb. dumbbell or 54lb. kettlebell. Even juice head power lifters could not do it.

  • @megalife21 I have had the poor luck to speak to the clueless Eric SImms also and I can assure you he is a complete clown!

  • ten inch cock

  • I could listen to these guys tell stories for hours...

  • Steve King was robbed

  • we love you shieky baby

  • from iran to arabia, to pakistan etc the persian clubs are still used today in sports. they are heavy bastrds picking them up is not the hard part it the swinging one wrong move you bust your shoulder.

  • how much does on of this things weight?

  • Very end is priceless

  • Great stuff. I need to buy that legends dvd

  • they range from 5lbs up to 100 lbs. those look about 50 or 75. keep in mind most of the weight is on the end. imagine what it would be like to hold that much top heavy weight from one end an moving them with so much ease. they use this still all over the middle east for strength training and grip strength for wrestlers.

  • @rayray9594 that's fuckin rad, man. get a pair of those and some kettlebells and one would be a monster. ancient training methods are always the best for true whole body strength.

  • them clubs are heavy. I am sure I can do it just because I use to run around with a 125 pound Alice pack in the military. But, I won't be able to do it as long as SHieky Baby can.

  • Do you have a video of you doing this? I have never seen anyone else except the Shiek and me do this. This is a movement of skill, not just brute strength. One wrong move, and the clubs will crash down on top of you. What makes you think you can do this?

  • you damn right one move and you're toast. I should make a video of me doing it. I use something similar to what is shown here. I have 2 metal weight bars, and at the end I attacked a 50 lb weights to it. I can do the challenge; however, I can't do it as long as the Shiek. Its take immense amount of endurance, strength and skills.

  • wow those may just be wonderful to train with.I learned something

  • At 10:38 Sheiky baby is thinking 'Gene Mean you are intelligent jew reporter but you know my coach Mr Verne Gagne works for different company'

  • Esox, you sed it parfuct. I never spot that before....LOL....

  • WOW great story. YOU CALL HEM I TALK TO HEM!!

  • Too bad you don't have the footage of Bob Backlund trying the Persian clubs, only to be jumped by Sheiky Baby. Some jabronie out there has to have it!

  • Hey Bro, thanks for asking that question....Just spent way too much time looking for that! Cannot find it anywhere...Grrr!

  • is that freddie in the back ground i remember is last tv appearance

  • Where on earth did you get this?!?Wow!Awesome!I remember this when I was a kid.Very cool!

  • I want the rest of this interview!

  • Steve King tried the clubs, and he realized he couldn't do them. He actually made a face pretending like he really could twirl the clubs....trying to make people think that he was faking not being able to twirl them. Anybody can do what he did....pick them up and put them behind their head. The thing is to twirl them over your head without knocking yourself out and killing yourself. I love the Sheik.....he's awesome!!

  • God bless you, JJ. You know the rare legend when you see him! He was about 40 years old here and had been on the road wrestling professionally for years. Can only imagine what he could do at 25-30 years old when he could train every day.

  • Thanks Jeet for the rare video and awesome story.

  • haha

  • thank you jeetybaby to you invite me to your video..pleasure for me to i hear the stories of the pan am and aau champyon..

its always pleasure..i try not to get too excited!

    thank you sir.

  • Awesome! I doubt even the World's Strongest Man can do this. This not only takes strength, which I'm sure the WSM has the strength. This takes great skill and dexterity and confidence! One wrong move, and you'll literally knock yourself out or kill yourself; that is, if you don't blow out your elbows or rotator cuffs. This takes years to master.

  • DEA or DAE or whatever the FUCK your name is you are fucking jabroni to I don't have time for this bullshit and if you no let us go you can take a FUCKIN VALK

  • jeets babba, tank yoo for the esviteo of da rarre AAU Iron Sheik. Ultimeh Warrior, yoo prime tyme i beet yoo wit da persian clubs en esteel today i beet yoo wit da arm wrestlin.

You always gotta love Sheiky Baby stories from the road.
