They were pretty young, tho, remember. Kenji was 20 when he started and Yuu was 17!

Coincidentially, Yuu-kun and Kenji-kun are the 2nd and 3rd-longest running Tuxedo Kamens in the myus (Mochizuki-san, who plays Kunzite here, is #1). Each were in 4 myus as Tuxedo Kamen; Mochizuki-san was in 11, counting Kaiteibans and myus that weren't released on video. (Overall, in all his roles, he was in 18 musicals, making him the #2 longest myu performer after Ado Endou, who was in 27 myus).

yeah, i know what you mean. the bows don't sit right, and the arms seem bulkier in those musicals. christmas tree beryl, the only decent regular outfit was minako's (minus the hat)in this.

Yeah and Pluto's boots look black in one clip I saw from an early myu. I think they improved the costumes later on though. The wigs changed for sure. The Three Lights' costumes changed between Final First Stage and Starlights Ryuusei Densetsu, the next myu the 3 Lights are in - they're more silky-like in the 4th stage myus. But then we're talking 5 years of time between those two myus. Things change.

Those costumes also look more silky, whereas the 1st stage ones have that funky open flap with glitter on it and are made of who knows what.

LOL I love when the Shitennou come out for the curtain call and they wrestle each other. Haruna is also her weirdo self, and of course there's "Christmas tree" Beryl.

Luna and Artemis are cute too; I wish they'd had Luna and Artemis in more than just the first musical (they were in Gaiden Kaiteiban too, but that myu was never released on video). I know some people don't like them in this myu, but I think Tomoko Ishimura-san (Luna) and Keiji Himeno-san (Artemis) did well.

i agree about the cats. i thought it was a good interpretation of the cats, they were humans before so it isn't really farfetched. maybe there should have been a musical in their human forms, along with diana and sailor cosmosXD

I think for the musicals the only way they could've had the cats would be to have people in costumes - that's how animal characters are usually portrayed in stage shows.

Yeah they should've done that backstory, with their human forms. It would fit with the plot of Luna, Artemis, and Diana getting attacked in their human forms by Sailor Tin Nyanko in the Sailor Stars manga.

They made Chibichibi have her anime identity in the myus, so that might be why there's no Sailor Cosmos.

Yeah, Yuuta was the 2nd longest myu performer (Ado Endou is #1) and the longest running Tuxedo Kamen. He, Ado Endou, Hikari-san and Ryuuji-san hung in for the long haul.

lol, maybe she is really into her character, only without the falling. i wonder if she took dance lessons. she is like one of the best dancers of this musical, even better than some of the dancers.
