  • @TheCanaryalice Not if you put the Wall of Sound around it; 120 bpm is just correct for that.

  • Do you know where I can get some free sheet music of this song? I would like to make a theatre organ arrangement of it. Thanks for posting it!

  • @tempetiger No I don't know where you can find that, but any good musician could write down the notes for you upon hearing the music. I never use sheet music; I just hear it and play it.

  • This is one of the best Jan & Dean songs, along w/ Surf City. The start of Dead Man's Curve is totally awesome. After a few beginning horns, it sounds like the Corvette Stingray engine is humming and purring. I can see the whitish-yellow headlights pierce the quiet, hot weekend early 1960's night and shining on palm trees & clusters of mini-skirt-girls at a Southern California Drive-In Movie Theater, just before he meets the Jag. Ignore those who say your singing is bad., thanx 4 the lyrics.

  • Not only are you a TERRIBLE singer...you couldnt even get the lyrics correct....my god...Really...I mean REALLY?

  • @ctbadcop I got the lyrics right. I found them on the internet and they match what I heard in the original song.

  • Acceptable, different approach but miss the falsetto of Jan & Dean.

  • @zzzzwest

But you get my falsetto instead :-)
