quite impressive at 221 lb's, but the planche pushup don't seem strict enough as you are at an angle which reduces the force considerably and the body should move uniformly up not just extending your body forward while the back of your body remains relatively motionless. hand placement for proper planche pushups need to be at your waistline or at your center of mass.
