  • @jrk987 I've noticed that you've given "constructive criticism" on every planche pushup video on youtube. Why don't you give us an example of a perfect planche video by uploading it.

  • quite impressive at 221 lb's, but the planche pushup don't seem strict enough as you are at an angle which reduces the force considerably and the body should move uniformly up not just extending your body forward while the back of your body remains relatively motionless. hand placement for proper planche pushups need to be at your waistline or at your center of mass.

    what are your thoughts?

  • @Coops931 THAT'S ONE OF THE AMAZING CAPABILITIES OF THE HUMAN BODY. DUE TO THE STRESSES HIS MUSCULAR SYSTEM WAS EXPERIENCING, IT RESPONDED BY BUILDING UP. THIS SHOULD BE PROOF TO PEOPLE WHO DON'T BELIEVE THIS ISN'T POSSIBLE WITH BODYWEIGHT EXERCISES. OF COURSE ONE HAS TO EAT ACCORDINGLY AS WELL TO GROW AND I'M PRETTY SURE HE EATS LIKE A BEAST.
