If I HAD to choose, I would side with Chalky, but beside that point, Jason Peppiat is an extremely talented vocalist. I don't know how the fuck to do that yelling shit...and he does all the old Psycroptic songs well too, listen to 3:36. Sigh... I'm open to a lot of different types of metal... Alexi Laiho is pretty fucking talented... but what does Children of Bodom have to do with Psycroptic?.... And in my opinion the Psycroptic albums go Scepter of Ancients first, then Observant, Isle of Disenchantment, Symbols of Failure. I like Chalky just as much as Jason.. They both have significantly different original vocals.

Psycroptic was best in Secpter Of The Ancients. Symbols Of Failure is great to, I just prefer Scepter Of The Ancients. At least this singer sounds like Chalky. Observant blows. Just my opinion. I am not typing tick anyone off.

Don't blame Haley brothers. They are awesome musician and write awesome stuff.... The recording sounds different because of Record Labels... Scepter of the Ancients will always be the original psycroptic sound to me.. I also prefer that album. But Haley brothers always sound fuckin amazing to me. I prefered chalky on the vocals, but Jason was the right person to replace him. His voice has similar range as chalky..

I disagree. I think Ob(Servant) is their best effort yet, with Symbols Of Failure coming in at a very close second. But hey, our disagreement just means that they move and progress as a band, so some people like their early stuff, others their later stuff. All of it is better than anything on the radio. :)
