I think the guy should be charged with attempted murder and be sentenced to imprisonment for 10 years. I was sitting at that same terrace at Mongkok Stadium months before. The terrace is about 2-3 storeys high and i am sure very serious injuries would be done if someone plunge from the very top end. I have some blurred memory about this incident but don't know the fates of both men.
