i have this phone and once you take the back cover off you must scratch the handset plus break the cover clasp while squeezing it on and then it falls off cause the clasp breaks!

@Devilll0 thats exactly what happened to me! I had to get a new cover for it the day after I bought it.

i had this phone for under a year, and when i went to get the sd card out. i went to put the cover back on, and it got stuck because it somehow got crooked. before that all happened. the batteries had problem. i pluged it into the charger it for a whole day, but it still wouldn't charge. also, it scratches real easily.

@scenefreak21 crooked cover would be your fault. batteries were not necesserily the problem but a charger may have been, and lastly you said it scratches easily which is ridiculous - every phone scratches the same way -.- you just have to take more care with it mate

If you want AMAZING battery life and a lot of features and themes. Go for Sony Ericsson T715a. Lg neon is crap. Trust me... I used to have it. Lg Xenon has bad battery life, but has a nice look. I really really recommend Sony Ericsson T715a... It has the HIGHEST rated reviews.
