@MrsSandage If you look at the very end of the video where I'm cutting wood with a chain saw, that's the limb I cut down. Compared to the cinderblock, I'd say it was about 4 inches thick and it probably took less than 5 minutes to cut it down. It can cut branches much larger than that and it cuts quickly and easily. I saw a video where a man took down an entire big tree with one of those little saws.
I found one at Academy Sports in the Camping Section. I haven't gotten it yet and wondered what happens when the chain blade is upside down. Why does your <always< sit teeth down?
@KayakFisher01 The blade only bends in one direction. It bends so that the teeth are always on the inside of the curve. When you toss the blade across a branch it will automatically bend downward, putting the teeth across the branch. The links in the blade are made so they will lock and only form a straight line if you tried to bend it in the non-toothed direction. I hope that makes sense.
Great video, now does anyone have an idea how to get the chain on a branch that 40 feet up?

Do you happen to remember about the size of this limb or approximately how long it took you to actually cut it? Thanks!

@Hoovesandpaws61 If you go to Harbor Freight to buy it, they don't keep them with the garden supplies, they keep them next to the hand saws.
