hi betty...im new to your channel, but i've seen a few vids...love your cooking, ideas, & recipes...the pizza looks amazing...the only thing i would have done is add alittle garlic on top of the butter...but im a garlic freak , so thats just me...please keep doing this, i love everything i've seen!!
BTW.. your a very beautiful women / soul.... peace
Wow I just made this for my family and they LOVED it, I loved it too. It's pretty much better than any order-out pizza I've had in this town and it's so much cheaper to make. It's also really, really easy to make and it's such a flexible recipe. You know I would have never thought to use broil to make the cheese so perfectly brown, but now I know!
@ombrino The bread that I bought is what our supermarkets call Italian Bread. That is the reason for the name Italian Bread Pizza. I hope that answers your question--maybe it's just a difference in languages and cultures! Thanks for viewing and commenting!
Had a bit of a disaster and bought the wrong meat, it was thick sausage meat, not mince, however I used some leftover mince from double shelled tacos recipe and it turned out pretty good

This Is Like A Twist On Your Average Pizza Bagel. For Some Reason My Family Never Uses Pepperoni On Pizza Because When My In The Time Pepperoni Was Founded...My Family In Sicily Always Used The Average Sauce Mozzerella And Basil Or Im Some Regions Of Italy Like Naples They Use Anchovies For A Salty Flavor Or Muushrooms Because Of A Delicious Earthy Flavor Wtih The Salty Sweet Mozzarella. And Also When I Lived In Brooklyn Theres This Place Called L&B And They Have The Mozzarella Then Sauce On Top
Just found your channel and have been trying to catch up to all of the recipes. Haven't gotten there yet, but will keep on watching. One way I was taught to remove the extra grease from sausage and ground beef after browning was to drain in a colander and rinse with hot water. Then just let the water drain off. It does a great job of removing all the extra fat and I haven't ever really noticed any difference in flavor. Just thought I would share this idea with you.
That is a great tip! (I hope you don't mind if I use it sometime!) I'm glad I'm not the only one that is meticulous about getting rid of excess grease. Thank you!!!
Thanks so much for all of this information! I hope my viewers are reading it, too! I will research the 2 pizza types and the gelato. How interesting! Thanks for viewing and commenting!
This is very tasty. A tip: try to put the mozzarella cheese under the peperoni, than thy will crisp. I like it better that way! Although, is a very good and easy recipe!
I had some pepperoni and shredded mozzerella so I tried the this recipe. I absoloutely love the tip of using butter to seal the bread. It helped so much. I usually get somewhat soggy pizza by the time I eat but this trick solved that. Thanks.
Thanks so much for your feedback. I am planning to do a meatball sub before long, so I will probably show this as a quick tip for that, also! Thanks!!!
I absolutely must try this! It looks and sounds delicious!

pepperoni is what we call salsiccia piccante here.
peperoni means bell peppers.
keep up the good work anyway, you're a true beauty :).
